Getting employees' ideas is no longer an option. If your organization is going to be competitive, it is mandatory you involve the ideas and suggestions of everyone in your organization. Getting employees involved not only yields valuable suggestions, but also the increased morale and retention of workers who feel they are valued and being listened to. This results in a more productive and satisfying work environment.

Madhu, thanks for commenting on my blog.

I agree 100% the employee ideas need to be incorporated in every company for it to be satisfying and productive. But implementation lies with managament and this is a program for employees. We offer many management programs at Wynn Solutions. Take a look.

Good program. We'll consider if we should also apply with my work team. Is the course online?

Thanks for taking the time to comment on my blog.

Right now, "Creating a Productive and Satisfying Workplace" is not available online. Wynnsolutions specializes on on-site training but we look to branch out into online training in the future.
