I was going to post this last week, but ran out of time. I watched this author Rick Shenkman on the Daily Show last week and his topic and title intrigued me. “Just How Stupid are We?” brings some negative thinking to light. It’s about accountability as a society and how we, as americans, have to put the blame for our government squarely on our shoulders.
What!?! We are responsible for the votes we cast? And more importantly, we are responsible for the votes we do not. If you don’t participate, you shouldn’t be allow to complain. That’s my theory. Have a look:
